Job Description

. Process and implement approved curriculum changes and new course setups for graduate programmes in the curriculum system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with University policies, guidelines and approval requirements.

. Review curriculum, programme, student study option, credit transfer and course exemption submissions or records for completeness, accuracy, policy compliance and readiness for system updates.

. Maintain graduate programme information and records in the Academic Programme Repository and relevant academic systems, ensuring information is accurate, current and consistent.

. Review School-approved credit transfer and course exemption cases, verify supporting documents, course credits, course mappings and approval records, and record approved cases accurately in the student records system.

. Process approved student study option changes, verify that requirements and records are complete, and update approved changes accurately in the student records system.

. Coordinate with Schools, internal teams, IT partners and other stakeholders to clarify submissions, resolve outstanding matters and support timely implementation of approved changes and record updates.

. Support Student Management System development and enhancement work, process improvements and OAS/University-level projects as assigned, including reviewing requirements, preparing test scenarios, supporting system testing and coordinating stakeholder validation where required.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

. At least 3 to 5 years experience in academic services, student services, programme administration or related administrative functions, preferably in tertiary education.

. Good understanding of academic operations, curriculum administration and student lifecycle processes.

. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and sound judgement.

. Strong stakeholder management and service mindset.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications exposure to data and reporting tools such as Denodo is an advantage.

. Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
