Job Description:

• Responsible for site inspection, data analysis and preparation of valuation reports for all property types

• Ensure valuation reports are in compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards

• Attend to valuation queries including liaising with banks, financial institutions, and key stakeholders

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in business development

• Identify and resolve complex cases through sound judgement and decision making

• Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in real estate or equivalent

• Licensed Valuer, SISV Member a strong advantage

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant valuation experience

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
