Job Description

• Responsible for site inspection, data analysis, and preparation of valuation reports for all property types

• Attend to valuation-related queries and provide professional advice to clients on property values

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their specific valuation needs

• Implement and uphold rigorous quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of valuation reports

• Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate or Equivalent

• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

• Meticulous and numerically competent

• Those with relevant experience will be considered for the role of Senior Valuer

• Fresh grads are welcome
