Lead or coordinate SP ICT Master Plan projects, including procurement, tender evaluation, and project execution.
Design, implement, and document IT solutions and processes that meet business needs, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with security standards for endpoint devices, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Perform Level 2/3 troubleshooting for end-user computing devices and related services.
Monitor service performance and ensure delivery meets defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Support and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
[What we are looking for]
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supporting and managing end-user computing devices and services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and apply technical expertise to complex issues.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, client management, and mobile device management systems.
Proven technical leadership in IT endpoint technologies tech-savvy with a strong understanding of end-user devices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support outside regular office hours, including weekends, when required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills a people-oriented team player.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively.
A proactive learner with a positive work attitude and willingness to grow.
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
