[What the role is]

The appointee will be part of the User Computing Support Team, responsible for providing operational and technical support, as well as managing end-user computing devices and services.

He/She will be actively involved in evaluating emerging technologies, implementing and deploying IT endpoint devices, and managing systems such as software distribution platforms, remote desktop services, application whitelisting, and two-factor authentication (2FA) solutions for desktop support.

[What you will be working on]

  • Lead or coordinate SP ICT Master Plan projects, including procurement, tender evaluation, and project execution.

  • Design, implement, and document IT solutions and processes that meet business needs, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with security standards for endpoint devices, systems, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Perform Level 2/3 troubleshooting for end-user computing devices and related services.

  • Monitor service performance and ensure delivery meets defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Support and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.

[What we are looking for]

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supporting and managing end-user computing devices and services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and apply technical expertise to complex issues.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, client management, and mobile device management systems.

  • Proven technical leadership in IT endpoint technologies tech-savvy with a strong understanding of end-user devices.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support outside regular office hours, including weekends, when required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills a people-oriented team player.

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines effectively.

  • A proactive learner with a positive work attitude and willingness to grow.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
