Assistant Manager (Urgent Care Centre/ Healthcare)

Responsibilities

. To work closely with team leaders to ensure daily smooth operation and department readiness.

. Manage ground operational issues, and feedback and complaint cases.

. Implement service initiatives, provide service training to staff and monitor service standards to ensure good patient experience.

. Look into staff well-being matters, team building and improve team dynamics.

. Able to do manpower planning and workflows.

. Assist in the implementation of new systems and technology.

. Assist in secretariat duties such as minutes writing.

. Perform any other duties assigned by reporting officer.

Requirements

. Minimum degree with 2 years and above of service-related experience. Knowledge of healthcare operations will be advantageous.

. Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.

. Experience in leadership.

. Proficient in computer skills.

. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
