Job Description

  • Implementing training strategy for the region.
  • Organize training sessions according to global & local training objectives and priorities
  • Complying with training content, to conduct soft skills and technical training to retailers, media as well as internal staff.
  • Create training calendar for execution of training across the region
  • Present complex and technical subjects
  • Promote digital training tools and encourage their use.
  • Monitor training and development process of customer facing staff and internal staff
  • Execute training and action plan for retailers based on mystery shopping results.
  • Provide technical presentation and communicate the brand legacy.
  • Assist in Grand Complications presentations.
  • Collate and communicate brand position in retail stores and store ratings to the Retailers.
  • Prepare updates on competitors activities
  • Master & update knowledge on the watch industry in general: key players, key models, trends
  • Conduct Market research and analysis based on guidance and needs for the region and for Commercial teams in Geneva based on guidance from Geneva.
  • Handle department's administrative duties.
