- Lead and support the FOH team to deliver professional, warm, attentive service
- Manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- Coach and train team members to uphold service standards
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Work closely with management to anticipate busy periods and maintain high standards of hospitality
- Manage finances and control costs
- Develop business leads via sustainable relationships
