Job Summary
Drive open innovation by identifying, piloting, and scaling emerging technologies and business models through partnerships with startups and other ecosystem players.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities (e.g., EV infrastructure, MaaS).
- Source and evaluate startups, scaleups, and partners; manage the full innovation funnel from ideation to pilot deployment.
- Design and lead programs such as open calls, hackathons, and POCs; implement governance tools to track progress and risks.
- Maintain a portfolio of innovation projects and partners.
- Promote a culture of innovation through internal engagement, demos, and learning sessions.
Requirements
- 610 years experience in innovation, R&D, product development, or startup collaboration, ideally in mobility, automotive, or tech.
- Experience with open innovation programs, startup ecosystems, and evaluating emerging technologies.
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of mobility trends (EVs, ADAS, AI, sustainability); able to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
Nice to Have
- Technical background in electrification, ADAS, AI/ML, IoT, or sustainability.
- Ability to coach teams on innovation practices.
