Job Summary
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and governance of the CityNexus programme, with a focus on system reliability, operational controls, and stakeholder support. The role centres on managing day-to-day operations of the platform while supporting related marketing activities where required.
Job Responsibilities
Platform & Product Management
- Support the development and maintenance of the CityNexus app, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure stable system performance.
- Support feature enhancements, including requirement coordination, testing, and deployment follow-ups.
- Conduct system testing (UAT) across the app and portals to identify bugs, usability gaps, and performance issues prior to release.
- Support campaign configuration and testing to ensure accurate system setup.
Operations & Governance
- Manage end-to-end operations of CityNexus Rewards, E-Voucher programme, and related digital initiatives.
- Perform end-to-end fraud checks and monitoring based on defined parameters and reporting requirements.
- Oversee voucher sales processes, including tracking, fulfilment, and coordination.
- Ensure accurate rewards and E-Voucher reconciliation in line with reporting and audit requirements.
- Maintain operational controls and support compliance with internal governance standards.
Marketing Support
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the system.
- Assist in campaign setup, validation, and post-campaign checks to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely campaign implementation.
Stakeholder Management & Support
- Provide training and guidance to tenants and internal stakeholders on system usage and programme mechanics.
- Manage onboarding, feedback, and day-to-day enquiries from users and partners.
Reporting & Administration
- Compile and submit monthly operational and performance reports.
- Support ongoing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in mobile application deployment, CRM, or digital platforms will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised approach.
- Comfortable handling operational processes, system testing, and governance requirements.
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
