Assistant Manager, Student Services

You'll lead student life programming, engagement initiatives, and a small team dedicated to enhancing the student experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive calendar of student engagement activities, appreciation events, and academic enrichment workshops
• Manage and mentor student leaders, clubs and chapters, including recruitment and succession planning
• Own communication strategies across social media, e-newsletters, and campus publicity
• Coordinate student mobility applications and student life resource administration
• Manage student medical insurance contracts, enrolment coordination, and reporting
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external organisations to enhance student engagement, volunteering, and experiential learning
• Analyse participation and satisfaction data to continuously improve programmes
• Lead, coach and develop a small student life & engagement team
• Own annual operational plans, budgets, and KPIs for student life initiatives
