What You'll Do
Support the Project Management team and senior stakeholders in managing engagements, including drafting agendas and minutes, building project plans and timelines, and monitoring scope, workstreams, deadlines and fees
Facilitate the billing process and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed on progress
Assist in implementing new technologies across live engagements
Take ownership of and coordinate smaller discrete projects and other tasks
Analyse and manipulate data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for different stakeholders
Support special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in professional services and/or project management
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure
A self-starter with strong multi-tasking and forward-planning abilities
High attention to detail and a methodical, positive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
Advanced Excel skills advantageous MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Automate skills preferable
Genuine interest in AI tools and technology, and how they're reshaping service delivery
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
