Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Provide personalized service, addressing guest needs and concerns professionally.
- Offer expert wine and sake recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage wine, sake, and beverage inventory, including stock-taking and procurement.
- Work with the kitchen to create and promote exceptional wine and food pairings.
- Mentor staff on wines, sake, and fine dining service.
- Stay updated on trends in Asian fine dining and beverages.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Advanced wine and sake knowledge WSET or CMS certification is a plus.
- Strong inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
