Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive service transformation initiatives across clinics and care settings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and community partners to support programme implementation, coordination, and engagement.
  • Develop and streamline workflows, SOPs, and service models to improve operational effectiveness and adoption.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct data extraction, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful data definitions, metrics, and reporting solutions.
  • Analyse operational data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, and updates on key initiatives and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Min. Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, service transformation, or data analytics roles.
  • Experience in KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and dashboard development tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong coordination and execution capabilities.
