Assistant Manager/Senior Legal Counsel

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and operational contracts, including but not limited to MOUs, M&A documentation, cooperation agreements, procurement agreements, non-disclosure agreements, service-level agreements, HR/labor contracts, insurance matters, and IP-related documents.
• Advise on and handle litigation matters, including the drafting of all relevant documentation in collaboration with external litigators.
• Manage and coordinate with external/foreign lawyers and internal legal team members when necessary.
• Provide ongoing legal support to the business, ensuring compliance with global legal standards and best practices.
• Keep abreast of relevant legal developments and provide proactive advice to the business.

Job Requirements:

• PQE: At least 6-8 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Qualifications: Singapore-qualified lawyer or a common law background preferred.
• Experience: Solid experience in commercial contracts, M&A, and litigation matters. Experience in aerospace law is a plus.
• Reporting to: Head of Department.
• Coverage: Worldwide.
