Job Responsibilities
. Lead and drive new business development in the Singapore market
. Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, and CNC machining industries
. Develop sales strategies, market entry plans, investment plans, and business proposals to grow revenue and market share
. Prepare investment proposals supported by market analysis, customer demand, and commercial justification
. Conduct market and industry analysis and translate insights into clear business plans and execution actions
. Achieve revenue targets and strategic KPIs
. Build and manage strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
. Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute growth and investment initiatives
. Attend industry and networking events to expand market presence
. Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance, and present structured reports to management
. Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates for all leads, opportunities, and quotations
. Communicate clearly and professionally to align teams, drive decisions, and deliver results
Job Requirements
. Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
. Proven B2B business development experience in Semicon, Medical, Aerospace, Energy, or CNC machining industries
. Polymer and semiconductor process knowledge is a strong advantage
. Strong hunter mindset with experience in closing new business
. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
. Strong teamwork and stakeholder-management capabilities
. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
