Role Purpose:
Support the Restaurant/Store Manager in running daily operations, ensuring smooth shift management, delivering excellent customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales, service, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily store operations (front of house & back of house).
 - Supervise and coach team members during shifts to ensure quality service and product standards.
 - Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
 - Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
 - Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and control wastage.
 - Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
 - Ensure compliance with KFC's operational policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
 - Act as Manager-on-Duty when required.
 
Requirements:
- Prior F&B or retail supervisory experience preferred.
 - Strong leadership and people management skills.
 - Good problem-solving and communication skills.
