The Bakery Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the bakery outlet, including production of cream puffs, staff supervision, inventory control, and ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. The manager ensures all bakery products are freshly prepared and meet company standards.
Manage daily bakery production (cream puffs, fillings, toppings).
Ensure products are baked fresh and meet company quality standards.
Monitor preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery items.
Ensure equipment such as ovens and mixers are used safely.
Supervise bakery staff, service crew, and kitchen assistants.
Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
Train new employees on baking procedures and SOPs.
Evaluate staff performance and maintain teamwork.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and preparation areas.
Follow food handling and sanitation procedures.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and packaging.
Order baking supplies and materials when needed.
Reduce wastage and control food costs.
Ensure excellent service at the bakery counter.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Maintain a welcoming and friendly store environment.
Monitor daily sales and outlet performance.
Implement promotions or marketing activities.
Ensure outlet meets revenue and productivity targets.
Diploma or experience in bakery, pastry, or F&B management
Knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen operations.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
