Assistant Manager, Quantity Surveying & Contract Administration

The incumbent will support the department in delivering procurement, contract administration, and quantity surveying services for large-scale infrastructure projects, including clinical, education and research facilities.

Job Scope:

• Lead the delivery of Quantity Surveying services for major infrastructure projects.
• Support Project Management teams in planning, managing and overseeing project execution.
• Establish and advise on best practices for cost management, procurement and contract administration.
• Develop and maintain cost data for infrastructure projects, including coordination with external stakeholders and agencies.
• Maintain a registry of consultations, queries and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents and contract administration processes for continuous review and improvement.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related construction discipline from a recognised institution.
• Strong understanding of the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
