Assistant Manager - Quality, Safety & Compliance

• The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining systems and processes to ensure conformance to JCI / ISO standards and relevant legislations.
• They will plan and conduct internal quality audits and lend support to departments on content management in various IT systems to meet JCI and ISO standards requirements. T
• hey will maintain a system to track all licenses, ensure the Hospital's legal register is updated, and changes are communicated.
• They will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the renewal of MOH Hospital License.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
• Highly organised, independent, and meticulous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition, able to interact with people of all levels.
• Experience and knowledge in healthcare, quality standards (JCI, ISO9001/14001/45001), audit, legal compliance, and/or data protection would be advantageous.
