Job Description

The Product Marketing and Portfolio Lead is responsible for driving high-volume acquisition for the core consumer segment. The role focuses on managing and optimising scalable acquisition funnels, executing tactical campaigns, and working closely with Online and Channel teams to ensure consistent, efficient performance of the mainstream acquisition engine.

This role is critical to stabilising and scaling the core acquisition engine, allowing the broader organisation to pursue differentiated growth opportunities in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

. Acquisition & Funnel Performance

o Own day-to-day acquisition performance across key funnels

o Track acquisition and conversion metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

o Work closely with Online and Channel teams to diagnose drop-offs and execution bottlenecks

o Optimise funnel performance through disciplined iteration and performance tuning

. Campaign Development & Execution

o Plan and execute high-impact, tactical acquisition campaigns aligned to business objectives

o Respond decisively to competitive pressures through timely counter-offers and positioning

o Drive always-on and burst campaigns to sustain acquisition momentum

o Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure execution readiness and consistency

. Partnerships & Channel Expansion

o Drive co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to extend reach and conversion efficiency

o Test and scale new acquisition channels through structured test-and-learn approaches

o Translate channel learnings into repeatable acquisition playbooks

. Performance Governance & Collaboration

o Provide clear performance updates and recommendations to marketing leads

o Maintain strong alignment with cross-functional teams

o Ensure acquisition execution is disciplined, accountable, and continuously improving

Requirements

. 5-7 years of experience in consumer acquisition, campaign development, performance marketing, growth, or funnel optimisation roles

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

. Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion mechanics, and campaign execution

. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with digital, channel, and operations teams

. Comfortable operating in high-volume, execution-heavy environments with clear performance targets

. Experience in telco or subscription-based businesses is an advantage
