Job Responsibilities
Support basic Performance Enablement Process (PEP) activities, including understanding talent processes and MSPS requirements.
Assist in tracking the annual P&C calendar and support BP transactional activities.
Support annual P&C activity planning and coordination.
Gain exposure to budgeting processes, including cost allocation principles and contract arrangements.
Assist in managing P&C projects, including basic schedule, risk, and issue tracking.
