We are looking for someone to be part of our Human Resources team who will be responsible to handle payroll & benefits administration and HR Operations, including overseeing employee-related requests and onboarding/offboarding matters:
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly payroll duties (including income tax processing, CPF payments, and any other related payments processing) accordance to timeline and maintain high level of accuracy
- Liaising with statutory bodies IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc., regarding employee&aposs remuneration
- Prepare and anaylze and HR data to provide insights and counsel for the Management&aposs decision-making
- Generate monthly HR-related reports for Management review
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies, and address/resolve payroll-related issues
- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
- Handle/oversee juniors assigned to over HR operational matters including onboarding/offboarding, work pass administrations)
- Respond and handle any queries raised by line managers or employees promptly
- Handle any HRIS requests or matters arising
Skills/Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 5-7 years of experienes in payroll administration
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Meticulous and problem solver
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
