Assistant Manager, Organisational Development
(Tengah General and Community Hospital)
As Assistant Manager, you will support the organisational development (OD) efforts for TGCH from building phase to opening and sustaining long-term performance.
This role focuses on supporting the implementation and delivery of initiatives related to people, culture, and organisational effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability, enhance team effectiveness, and foster a cohesive, values-driven culture aligned with TGCH's purpose.
The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and execution capabilities to ensure OD initiatives are effectively delivered and aligned with organisational priorities.
