Job Responsibilities:
- Organisational development - Planning & Support (Support the development and implementation of OD plans and initiatives, Assist in engaging stakeholders, Coordinate activities that reinforce organisational culture, values, and purpose., Track and support reporting of OD initiatives and outcomes)
- Planning and execution of OD activities - Change management focus (Support the planning and coordination of OD workplans, Assist in the implementation of OD interventions, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors, Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, and follow-ups, Prepare communication materials and stakeholder updates, Coordinate training and engagement sessions, Support development of toolkits and resources, Support implementation progress and follow-through, Assist in developing learning materials and interventions)
- Staff Engagement and Culture Building (Support the planning and delivery of staff engagement activities and employer branding in collaboration with HR and Communications, Coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement for leadership touchpoints and team-building initiatives, Liaise with external partners to support OD-related events and initiatives.)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience - Organisational Development
