Assistant Manager, Ops Planning (CAPEX/ Healthcare)

Responsibilities

. Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise for the organisation cluster.

. Update and monitor CAPEX utilisation

. Update costings of services to ensure cost recovery and prepare costing for new services

. Prepare and monitor the organisation's workload and KPI across sites

. Liaison to Finance regarding organisation's financial matters

. Any other matters relating to Operations Finance or any assigned Ops tasks

Requirements

. Degree preferably in Business or equivalent

. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience

. Strong acumen in budgeting and costing.

. Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines

. Good problem-solving skills, with attention to details and accuracy
