Assistant Manager, Operations Support

Position Overview:

This multifaceted role leads a team that includes both executives and non-executives to ensure operational excellence for the centre by upholding quality standards, managing inventory accuracy, and providing critical administrative support across HR, finance, and procurement functions, with regular coordination with headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures, conduct audits, and maintain documentation in line with company standards.

Stocktaking Management: Lead periodic inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide accurate stock reports to management.

Administrative Support:

HR Function: Assist with onboarding, employee records, and payroll documentation.

Finance Function: Process expenses, reconcile petty cash, and support budget tracking.

Procurement Function: Track purchase orders, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely follow-up with headquarters.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

2+ years experience in quality assurance, inventory management and/or business administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP inventory management systems a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
