Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Ensure floor service opening and closing procedures are adhered.
  • Conduct pre-opening briefings and staff training.
  • Train staff on all aspect of the operations including house rules and regulations.
  • Handle enquiries, requests and complaints by guests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of service areas.
  • Comfortable working two rotating shifts

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in hospitality or tourism with at least 3 years supervisory experience in F&B or service industry.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a friendly disposition.
  • Able to engage and form strong relations with customers.
  • Multi-tasker and service oriented.
  • Singaporeans are welcome.
