The Centre delivers rigorous scientific evidence to support decision-making, enabling regional leaders to translate data and research insights into effective health policy and action.

  • Support end-to-end grant management (pre- and post-award), including proposal budgeting, post-award compliance, reporting, forecasting, and audit readiness.
  • Assist with financial planning and resource allocation to support the Centre's long-term sustainability.
  • Coordinate relationships and engagements with key external stakeholders (e.g., MOH, IHME, philanthropic foundations) and internal partners (e.g., NUS/NUHS faculty) to align objectives and support initiatives.
  • Support internal and external communications, ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the HR office and support HR-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, to build and sustain a strong support team.
  • Support the Director by triaging inquiries, managing executive priorities, and preparing decision-support materials to maximise the Director's focus on scientific leadership and external advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in research administration or general management
  • Demonstrated experience engaging diverse stakeholders, such as government ministries (e.g., MOH), international organisations (e.g., IHME), and philanthropic foundations
