Job Description

  • Assist in overseeing daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor appointment schedules and optimize staff allocation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Support the manager in supervising manicurists and junior staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and on-the-job coaching to team members.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Attend to customers enquiries and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Ensure all tools are properly sterilized and comply with health regulations.
  • Enforce workplace safety and hygiene protocols.
