We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Assistant Manager to support and oversee daily operations of our floral department. This role requires strong leadership, operational skills, and a passion for floral design and event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day floral operations
- Oversee office administration, inventory management, and order processing
- Coordinate client meetings and hotel/event appointments
- Supervise floral setups for banquets, weddings, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and growers
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client issues
- Handle invoicing, payments, and basic budget management
- Manage decorative materials and floral supplies for projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in floral design and team management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience in vendor and supplier management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
