Job Description

Responsibilities
  • The Assistant/Senior Assistant Manager in Medical Affairs Clinical Governance holds a key role inmanaging quality, safety, and innovation.
  • Program Leadership: You will manage and coordinate quality and safety programs across theorganization.
  • Process Improvement: Youll partner with various departments to develop and implementquality models, standards, and risk management activities.
  • Incident Management: You will conduct root cause analysis for serious incidents and reportableevents.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Youll collect, analyze, and report on quality and safety data to supportimprovement efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and externalpartners, including clinicians and administrators, to promote a culture of continuousimprovement.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide support to key committees and managecommunication materials, including the departmental website.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field
  • 5-8 years of working experience in managing governance programme.
  • Experience in healthcare environment will be an added advantage
