As an Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs (Hospital), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide secretariat and administrative support to clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups, and related meetings.
Collaborate with stakeholders on quality assurance, patient safety, continuous improvement, and risk management initiatives.
Plan, develop, and implement quality improvement projects.
Support clinical governance activities, including report preparation and data analysis.
Act as a resource person and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Assist with hospital licensing, internal audits, incident management, and clinical quality records review programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, with experience in clinical quality or risk management.
