As an Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate and support clinical quality, safety training, and annual QI workshop delivery.
- Arrange workshop schedules, venue bookings, logistics, publicity activities, and participant communications.
- Manage registration processes and ensure eligibility criteria are communicated and applied.
- Support Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees, including meeting minutes and administrative coordination.
- Manage incidents and serious reportable events, including conducting root cause analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and safety data, and prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and metrics.
- Coordinate project proposal submissions, faculty assignments, and first, mid-point, and final project review sessions.
- Develop and maintain policies, guidelines, templates, checklists, website updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management, or a related field.
