As an Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications (Content Creation), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and support strategic communications that advance community care initiatives.

• Produce clear, compelling content highlighting cross-sector partnerships and their impact on residents and patients to build trust and acceptance of community-based care.

• Shape key messages, develop proof points, and ensure narrative consistency across internal and external platforms.

• Plan and implement communication initiatives in collaboration with healthcare, primary care, community, grassroots, and national stakeholders.

• Create, adapt, and manage communication materials for various audiences, including residents and partners coordinate vendors for design and multimedia production when required.

• Strengthen partner engagement through coordinated messaging, digital content curation, and communications support for outreach programmes and community events.

• Support media relations by preparing press materials, drafting talking points, monitoring coverage, and assisting with media responses.

• Track engagement metrics across channels, gather stakeholder feedback, and contribute to reporting on communication outcomes and impact.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
