Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support digital content assessment, platform curation, partner management, and project administration. The role involves reviewing content for alignment with objectives, engaging with partners, and supporting funding and project processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & Script Assessment
- Ensure content aligns with organizational objectives and intended audience segments.
- Perform content compliance checks to ensure messaging, values, and guidelines are met.
2. Digital Platform Suitability & Curation
- Review content suitability across digital platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Support assessment of emerging digital formats and audience engagement trends.
3. Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with assigned partners, including vernacular and youth-focused partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliverables.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to partners throughout the concept-to-production workflow.
4. Project Administration & Funding Support
- Track partner milestones, approvals, and deliverables to support timely funding disbursements.
- Maintain meticulous records of approvals, compliance checks, and production documentation.
5. Support for Appointment of New Media Partner for Singapore Media Festival
- Assist the New Media team in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding a new media partner for the Singapore Media Festival, given that current partnerships end in 2025.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in content assessment, digital platform curation, or media production.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of social media trends and emerging digital formats.
