Job Description

Assistant Manager, Manpower Planning and Analytics

The incumbent will provide the support for the Manpower Planning, Reports & Analytical team in performing manpower planning, preparing manpower dashboard and prepare reports & surveys for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Annual Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Budgeting

  • Support the MPRA team in the end-to-end FTE budgeting process for Jurong Health Campus (JHC) & Jurong Medical Centre (JMC)
  • Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders including Corporate Planning, Finance, HR and job family leads to consolidate FTE submissions, analyse requirements and finalise the budget FTE required during the Workplan Evaluation Committee (WEC)

Strategic Manpower Planning & Discussion with Stakeholders

  • Partner with Job Family Leads and HRBPs to review the long-term manpower needs by utilising current data (attrition analysis, staffing levels, BIS ratios) and align projections with JHC's future strategic goals

Manpower Reporting & Compliance

  • Own the timely and accurate production of monthly manpower reports, government-mandated manpower surveys and ad-hoc requests
  • Track and report on staff movements (e.g. secondment, deployment, sales funded positions)

Manpower Budget System (MPBS)

  • Serve as a JHC/JMC key member of the MPBS working committee
  • Collaborate with Group HR, Manager MPRA, stakeholders to define requirements and facilitate the integration of new system processes with existing workflows for JHC & JMC

HR Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analysis HR metrics to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support improvements in key processes such as recruitment, retention and employee engagement

Project & Activities

  • Participate/Lead in departmental/team/group projects and other HR initiatives as required

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant degree with major in a quantitative discipline, that is, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in data analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge in workflow automation software such as SQL, Power Query.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong communication & networking skills
  • Healthcare experience is an added advantage
