Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager to support partnership engagement, outreach strategy and ground outreach initiatives across Workplace, Youth and Community segments.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in converting outreach efforts into sustained partnerships, ensuring smooth programme execution, and maintaining data integrity for KPI tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Outreach & Engagement
- Manage and respond to partnership enquiries, including conducting profiling discussions to understand organisational needs.
- Support the development and execution of strategic outreach initiatives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities to expand programme uptake.
2. Youth Engagement & Programme Execution
- Support the execution of ground outreach initiatives across workplace, community and youth sector.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as schools, community organisations, and industry partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and monitor monthly partner engagement activities and session KPIs to assess outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on engagement outcomes.
- Analyse engagement data to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
4. Stakeholder Reporting & Business Operations
- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support operational planning and documentation related to partner engagements and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Experience
