Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across the Korea & Australia market. This role entails identifying and developing strategic opportunities across the target markets, fostering strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of initiatives across resort and regional teams. The position also requires leveraging market intelligence and performance data to refine strategies, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen the resort's market positioning within the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans tailored to market conditions and business goals.
  • Market Penetration: Identify new opportunities to expand market share in Korea and Australia.
  • Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed sales revenue targets by managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Distribution Channels: Manage and optimize the performance of distributors, agents, and sales partners.
  • Hotel Partnership: Develop Hotel Partnership to further improve RWS awareness and conversion.

2. Marketing Management

  • Localized Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the preferences and culture of Korea and Australian consumers.
  • Brand Positioning: Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Event Management: Organize trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.

3. Performance Analysis

  • KPIs: Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance against defined KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on regional sales, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Years of Experience: At least 4-6 years in sales and marketing roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the tourism industry. Familiarity with B2B, B2C, or both, depending on the company's focus.
  • Regional Expertise: Proven track record of managing sales and marketing in Australia. Deep understanding of the local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competition.

  • Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Expertise in managing distribution channels, key accounts, and partnerships.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable strategies. Familiarity with tools like CRM software, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Market and Consumer Understanding: Knowledge of market trends, cultural nuances, and consumer preferences in the Korea and Australia markets would be advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Marketing Platforms: Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM tools.
  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
