Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects from planning to execution and completion.
  • Conduct and coordinate pre‑sales site surveys to determine project requirements and scope.
  • Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor and Sales Team on quotations and tender submissions.
  • Plan and manage project resources and site activities and inspections with Project Coordinators to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines and deliverables, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Coordinate permit applications and submissions with relevant authorities.Prepare and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all installations works comply with safety, quality and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Manage project documentation, reports and records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and post‑project rectification works.Support ISO 9001, bizSAFE and BCA Contractor Registration renewal activities and submissions.
  • Attend project and site meetings / discussions with with developer/contractors/consultants/subcontractors when required.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of project experience in window films, architectural or interior‑related industries, building materials/solutions, or other relevant sectors.
  • Must have valid certificates in BCSS or CSOC.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, coordination and execution.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Systematic and organised, with a strong drive to complete tasks and resolve problems effectively.
  • Experience supervising and working with a diverse workforce, including blue‑collar technicians of different nationalities, and engaging directly with customers.
  • This position requries to support and coordinate with chinese speaking customers, technicians and external stakeholders.
