Job Summary

This is a new role and a 1 year contract.

Work Location: nearest MRT station (One North)

As an Assistant Manager / Manager, the incumbant will be working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure the success of each procurement project. Vendor evaluation and risk assessment, project and process management, and contract negotiation and assessment are other duties.

Supporting the procurement requirements of the company including new innovation needs and working in a fast-paced and dynamic environments that will require the incumbant to be effectively balance diverse stakeholders needs and requirments.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage with different stakeholders to determine components requirements for new and existing products.

2. Assist in the purchase of innovation products system components which may include, but not limited to:

  • mechanical / electrical components
  • panel components
  • drivers/ controllers
  • semi finished products

Job Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in government procurement and / or New Product introduction will be an advantage
  • Experience in regulatory / Compliances to ISO requirements will also be an advantage
  • 1 year contract
