Salary Range:

• Assistant Manager: $4,500 - $6,000 per month

• Manager: $5,840 - $7,600 per month

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 42 hours per week

Contract Duration:
3-month contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Communications professional to support the development and execution of digital strategies aimed at strengthening public awareness and engagement for key initiatives during a maternity cover period.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate, review, and optimise content across social media platforms and the corporate website

• Plan and execute digital campaigns to enhance public engagement and outreach

• Track, analyse, and interpret performance metrics to inform content improvements

• Develop and adapt digital content including copy, visuals, and multimedia assets

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and accurate messaging

• Identify content opportunities and apply best practices to improve digital reach and engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital campaigns, content creation, or related fields

• Proven track record in planning and executing effective digital campaigns

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects from ideation to execution

• Hands-on experience with paid social media strategies

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is an advantage

• Team player who is comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different levels
