Role Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager, to support execution of investor relations and corporate communications strategies while managing stakeholder programs, events, and analytics-bridging financial communications, relationship management, and fundraising support to enhance market presence and stakeholder loyalty.
Strategy & Planning Support
- Support the execution of the approved investor relations and corporate communications plan in collaboration with senior management.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance stakeholder engagement and corporate communications effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement Program Management
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to boost stakeholder engagement and participation in loyalty or affinity programs.
- Oversee registration processes, ensuring eligibility criteria are met and records are accurately maintained.
- Plan, organize, and manage stakeholder events, including networking sessions, informational talks, webinars, and exclusive trips.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and data protection regulations regarding stakeholder communications and personal data management.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, speakers, and internal business leads to identify co-investment or cross-promotional opportunities.
- Manage and disseminate stakeholder communications, including announcements, opportunities, and exclusive content.
- Manage stakeholder databases and deliver insights through analytics, dashboards, and multiple data collection methods.
Financial & Corporate Communications
- Manage and coordinate stakeholder engagement events, including presentations, roadshows, and conference calls.
- Create high-quality presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for regular announcements and engagement activities.
- Coordinate workstreams with third-party vendors (e.g., website vendors, consultants, printers) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality external materials.
Reporting, Analysis & Content Management
- Prepare and review periodic analysis, reports, and regulatory submission materials.
- Analyze asset performance and market trends to provide strategic insights to leadership and board members.
- Supervise the production, updating, and distribution of relevant marketing and informational materials to current and prospective stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all external communication materials.
External Coordination, Fundraising Support & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships and coordinate activities with third-party consultants, including financial institutions, trustees, and other relevant partners.
- Support organizational capital-raising efforts and branding initiatives.
- Develop strategies to enhance the organization's market presence and stakeholder appeal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors or key stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and communications.
Special Projects
- Lead and assist in special projects as directed by management.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising or related roles
- Experience in managing shareholder clubs or similar membership-based groups is advantageous
- Hands-on experience in financial modelling and project management
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with Bloomberg is advantageous
