Klook Global Marketing Team

Klook is a leading global travel and leisure booking platform, helping millions of users discover and book the best experiences anytime, anywhere.

We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven professional to help scale our global affiliates and partnerships channel. The Growth Intelligence role sits within the P&A Planning function and focuses on turning data into growth hypotheses, opportunity sizing, and actionable insights.

This role does not own account execution or operational delivery. Instead, it supports channel-level decision-making and account prioritization by identifying where to grow, why it works, and how big the impact could be.

What You'll Do (Main Accountabilities)

  • Turn raw data into growth opportunities: Independently extract, clean, and structure raw data from multiple sources (affiliate platforms, internal data warehouses, dashboards, and CSV exports) to identify growth opportunities across regions, tiers, verticals, and partner types.
  • Develop growth hypotheses and recommendations: Translate complex datasets into clear growth hypotheses and data-backed recommendations that inform channel-level strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • Own analytical deep-dives end-to-end: Scope, execute, and validate deep-dive analyses starting from raw data (via SQL or data exports) through to insight generation and actionable recommendations.
  • Support channel-level strategy and planning: Partner closely with the Planning team to turn insights into scalable initiatives, helping define priorities, success metrics, and rollout considerations across markets.
  • Enable account teams with insights: Create clear, accurate insight packs for Account Managers to support MBRs, QBRs, account planning, and commercial discussions, without owning account execution.
  • Build analytical frameworks and data hygiene standards: Develop reusable analytical frameworks, metric definitions, and data validation checks to ensure numbers are consistent, reliable, and decision-ready.
  • Establish a test-and-learn feedback loop: Define measurement approaches, track outcomes rigorously, and feed learnings back into planning and future program design.

What You'll Need (Capabilities)

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in analytics, strategy, growth, partnerships, or performance marketing roles, with hands-on responsibility for data analysis.
  • Strong hands-on ability to extract, clean, and structure data from multiple sources independently.
  • Proficiency in SQL (basic to intermediate level), with the ability to write queries to pull, join, and validate data from data warehouses.
  • Exceptional numerical sensitivity and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, structured analysis); experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-structuring skills, able to move from numbers insights recommendations.
  • Able to operate independently, take full ownership of analytical outputs, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

What You'll Get

  • An awesome team of international colleagues
  • A rare chance to build a global travel and leisure brand with a long runway of opportunities ahead
  • An environment that values and supports your growth
  • Ownership of projects with real impact
  • No boredom! Every day is a new exciting challenge
