Assistant Manager / Manager, Fund Operations

Key Responsibilities | 核心职责

• 端到端基金运营:管理基金日常运营全流程,包括申购、赎回、资金调用、收益分配、付款处理与银行账户管理,确保准确性、时效性与完整的文档记录。
• End-to-end fund operations: Manage day-to-day fund operational processes including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, payments, and bank account administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
• 跨团队协调:与投资、运营、法务及合规团队紧密协作,确保运营流程顺畅执行,并及时跟进和解决异常事项。
• Cross-team coordination: Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution and prompt resolution of exceptions.
• 服务机构管理:对接托管行、基金行政管理人、名义持有人、券商、外部审计师及其他供应商,协调交付物、跟进事项与问题解决,并保持清晰的追踪记录与审计轨迹。
• Service provider management: Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, nominees, brokers, external auditors, and other vendors; coordinate deliverables, follow-ups, and issue resolution with clear tracking and audit trail.
• 基金设立与变更事件:支持新基金上线、基金修订/补充协议审查,以及运营端落地工作,包括托管与券商账户开立。
• Fund setup & change events: Support new fund launches, fund amendments/supplement reviews, and operational onboarding including custody and brokerage account opening.
• 运营风控与内控纪律:维持严格的运营纪律(检查清单、复核机制、对账与确认),及时识别并上报风险事件或操作异常。
• Operational controls & risk awareness: Maintain strong operational discipline (checklists, maker-checker where applicable, reconciliations/confirmations) and escalate risks or breaks in a timely manner.
• AI 应用与流程优化(核心职责):持续学习并评估 AI 与自动化工具在基金运营中的应用场景,将经批准的 AI 工具落地到日常工作中以提升效率与质量,同时确保人工复核、可追溯性与敏感数据的合规处理。
• AI application & process improvement (core responsibility): Continuously learn and evaluate AI/automation use cases in fund operations; apply approved AI tools to improve productivity and quality while ensuring human review, traceability, and proper handling of sensitive data.
• 系统改进与标准化:参与系统升级与工作流优化项目,协助将优化成果沉淀为可复用的标准操作流程(SOP),推动运营效率持续提升。
• Systems initiatives & standardization: Participate in system enhancements and workflow optimization projects, helping translate improvements into repeatable SOPs and driving continuous efficiency gains.
• 支持其他运营任务与项目,按管理层指派执行。
• Support additional operational tasks and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For | 人才要求

• 拥有金融、会计、商业或相关学科学士学位。
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 具备 2–3 年基金运营、基金会计、基金行政管理、托管/名义持有运营或相关中后台职能的工作经验。
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in fund operations, fund accounting, fund administration, custody/nominee operations, or related middle/back-office functions.
• 具备扎实的基金运营流程理解力;有多策略/多结构基金(如一级市场私募基金、对冲基金、FOF)接触经验者优先。
• Solid understanding of fund operational workflows; exposure to multiple fund strategies/structures (e.g., private markets, hedge funds, fund-of-funds) is a plus.
• 拥有新加坡永久居民身份或新加坡公民身份,以满足本岗位的监管与运营合规要求。
• Hold Singapore Permanent Resident status or Singapore Citizenship, in alignment with the regulatory and operational compliance requirements of this role.

• 具备中文与英文双语沟通能力,能够以中文进行内部运营沟通与团队协作,同时以英文进行跨区域协作、外部机构对接与报告撰写。
• Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct internal operational communication and team collaboration in Chinese and engage cross-regionally, liaise with external service providers, and write reports in English.
• 具备较强的 AI 与数字化工具使用能力,对将 AI 与自动化应用于运营场景有浓厚兴趣和实操经验,能够主动识别可优化的流程并提出技术解决方案。
• Possess strong AI and digital tool proficiency, with genuine interest and hands-on experience in applying AI and automation to operational contexts; able to proactively identify optimizable processes and propose technology-enabled solutions.
