Assistant Manager / Manager, Fund Operations, Hedge Fund (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is an asset management firm that invests in multi-asset classes such as equities, futures, options, commodities, derivatives etc.They have maintained a consistent track record of investment performance. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Fund Operations and the position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover daily trade and cash reconciliations, identify trade discrepancy and resolve trade breaks and follow up on settlement issues
• Liaise with external providers including fund administrator, custodian, broker etc on fund operations issues
• Liaise with auditors and legal counsels to prepare and review regulator filings and reports
• Assist in risk and compliance eg FATCA/CRS
• Collaborate with the management to enhance the firm's operations and data process
• Other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree ideally in engineering, mathematics, computer science etc
• Around 3 to 8 years of fund operations experience
• Programming skills is an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset, enthusiastic and motivated
• Positive working attitude, strong work integrity and ethics
