Job Description

What The Role Is

You will lead and manage the Facilities Management Company (FMC) to ensure your assigned JTC's industrial properties and estates are safe, well-maintained and conducive for our lessees or tenants.

You will drive the adoption of technology and artificial intelligence, promote sustainability initiatives, smart FM and transform the future of facilities management practices.

You will work closely with our Cluster Group to engage, manage and resolve customer feedback with the support from the FMC.

What You Will Be Working On

You will be part of the team to improve:

  • Resource optimization and productivity
  • Maintenance strategy and standards
  • Customer engagement
  • Operational processes
  • Asset improvement plan
  • Sustainability plan
  • FMC training plan

In so doing, you will have the opportunity to lead the FMC towards:

  • Operational excellence through collaborative efforts, shared objectives and compliance to contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Productivity improvement through streamlining of process, technology and artificial intelligence adoption.
  • Place making with lessees and tenants.

What We Are Looking For


Background in Project & Facilities Management/Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Candidates with experience in the management and operation of industrial or commercial property with good tenant management and communication skills will be highly regarded.

You must be a team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
