Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing, journal reviews, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting for subsidiaries. Provide technical support, mentorship, and guidance to the finance team. Prepare group consolidation, forecasts, and statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct analytical reviews of subsidiaries financial performance. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and the Board on financial matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy. Minimum 5 years of working experience with exposure to SGX reporting. Experience in group consolidation familiarity with SFRS(I) and the Income Tax Act is advantageous.
