As Assistant Manager / Manager - F&B Marketing Communications, you will:
- Assist in the implementation of the hotel's overall Marketing Communications Strategy.
- Provide administrative support to the Department, including process and follow-up on quotes, invoices and payments.
- Maintain records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the Department.
- Responsible for all F&B marketing collaterals and menu updates for all outlets and room service, ensuring that they comply with brand standards.
- In charge of all content required related to F&B - e.g. website, posters, email marketing, award submissions etc.
- Maintains inventory of all hotel collaterals. Work closely with suppliers concerning printed and promotional matters.
- Responsible for supporting marketing needs for F&B launches and collaborations
- Update the F&B minisite as required and improve the online shopping experience at Grand Hyatt Singapore, ensuring online shop is updated with latest products and pricing, and work towards improving the overall customer experience for the online shop.
- Responsible for hotel's direct voucher site (Mezzofy), including but not limited to update of products, plan for promotions and overall management of the site.
- Create all content (copy and photos) required for third party F&B related platforms: Chope, HGW, Uber Eats, Deliveroo etc. Responsible for all partnership opportunities (banks, Chamber of Commerce, media promotions, etc), including qualification of opportunities, recommending the offer, handling of contracts and all related paperwork required
- Maintain an updated summary of all promotions
Your Profile:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacity within the F&B or Hospitality industry
- Have a strong interest in the latest Food & Beverage industry trends and developments
- Possess a good eye for aesthetics, is detailed-oriented and have a passion for using design and artwork to communicate brand and marketing messages
- Ability to create high-impact marketing collateral for a restaurant, promotion and event
- Fresh, imaginative thinking and willing to challenge the status quo
- Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
- Strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills
