We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & SEO professional to grow awareness, traffic and attendance for our exhibitions. This role focuses on driving online visibility, supporting visitor acquisition, and converting digital interest into on-ground footfall. You will work closely with internal teams to plan and execute digital campaigns across search, social and content platforms, with a strong focus on performance, optimisation and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, registrations and event attendance.
* Strengthen search visibility for key event and category keywords through ongoing SEO and content optimisation.
* Work with internal teams to develop marketing content that communicates event highlights, features and product trends in a clear and engaging way.
* Support paid digital campaigns across major platforms, monitoring performance and optimising based on results.
* Analyse website and campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement and conversion.
* Coordinate with media, partners and vendors to support digital initiatives and campaign rollouts.
* Track key metrics and prepare simple performance reports to support planning and decision-making.
* Stay updated on digital trends, consumer behaviour and marketing best practices relevant to events and exhibitions.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO or performance marketing (experience in events, exhibitions, retail or consumer marketing is an advantage).
* Practical experience in managing digital campaigns across search and social platforms.
* Strong understanding of how content, search and paid media work together to drive results.
* Comfortable working with data, numbers and performance metrics.
* Good writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate information into audience-friendly content.
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with the Singapore digital landscape and local consumer behaviour is a plus.
